This helped boost their name recognition, opened many doors, and allowed them to do business with larger clients. Although making documentaries was fun and profitable and used their skills at the time, they knew they didn’t want to be filmmakers for a living.

In the summer of 2012, Redman’s came across the book “The Coming Jobs War” written by Jim Clifton, who was CEO of Gallup at the time. They were inspired by his description of a good job and were horrified that 74% of Americans are unrelated at work.
