As a senior position in the Communications and Marketing team, you will have a solid understanding of digital marketing and be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing digital campaigns across a variety of shows, tours, events and entertainment venues nationwide. With multiple platforms, you will leverage, build and implement marketing strategies, ensuring the best multi-channel delivery to achieve our core business and commercial objectives.

Demonstrated significant experience in a digital marketing role, with a focus on music, media or entertainment and managing multiple accounts
Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing in CRM tools, data management systems, websites and social media platforms
Strong digital advertising experience in Social Media, Facebook Business and Google Ads
Excellent understanding of key analysis and reporting tools to translate data into insights
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite programs, including PowerPoint
Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics and Analysis tools
Brand management experience

what are you going to do
Develop and lead the Digital Executive Team (CRM and Website Executives)
– Create and efficiently manage dynamic digital marketing campaigns for all shows, tours, events and venues across our digital platforms
Work collaboratively with the Head of PR and Business Communications, Department Leaders (Marketing, Social and Content, Design, PR), Promoters, Partners, Ticket Services and Agencies to devise, implement and amplify multiple digital strategies to increase ticket sales, grow email marketing lists, and drive traffic On site, site optimization, project led campaigns, digital products and services, advertising revenue, social media engagement
– Planning for paid search, paid social strategies, spending and performance optimization in digital ads and promotions
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with digital marketing managers and digital departments within the Promoter, Contributor, Ticketing organizations and our primary partners
Managing digital executives (website) and performance of company websites, websites, and associated digital products and services
– Monitor website performance and explore new developments, increase site traffic, conversion, time and engagement
– Regularly review and improve website content, metadata, and sitemap activity
Interface between internal and external teams for regular updates, including testing, security, hosting, site maintenance, and new release requirements
Incorporating and recommending summaries, identifying technical and user experience requirements for website design and functionality, and best practices
– Implementation of search engine optimization programs and strategies
Defining department goals and key performance indicators
Manage CRM executives and email marketing systems to improve ticket sales, increase engagement, and promote database growth across all touch points
Create, manage and update email templates and slides with the CRM team
Measure ticket sales performance across data management systems and report on the success of all CRM campaigns
– Use analysis tools and dashboards to monitor performance, reporting metrics, and campaign analysis
Be a guardian of data integrity under the data protection guidelines and the GDPR
Create and generate relevant daily/weekly/monthly reports to inform key stakeholders, business partners and the broader campaign
Support Head of PR and Brand Communications with online brand experience and work with external agencies and internal development teams as required
Building relationships with platform partners, products, and services
– Stay informed and connected with the latest developments in digital media, social advertising, online advertising, key digital marketing trends and ideas
