position: This position will initially be a casual part-time job (15-20 hours per week / 2-3 am) with the opportunity to develop into a full-time position.

Location: Our headquarters are located in the Byron Bays Industrial Estate. We will consider remote positions, but preference will be given to candidates who live in the Byron Bay Area.

salary: Negotiable based on experience.

About the role:

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about our brand, offering and culture to help grow our online presence and digital marketing strategy. You will work closely with managers to plan and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy.

This will include managing social media accounts for day-to-day management, integration and maintenance of our e-commerce channels, digital marketing campaigns, and assistance in developing content to support our e-commerce channel as well as social initiatives such as blog posts
(magazines), emails and social publications.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Successfully build and implement email marketing, EDM strategy, social media and timeline campaigns.
  • Assist in coordinating business operations across channels and promotions, integrating social media channels to drive growth and sales.
  • Back end management and overall maintenance of our website; Optimizing Shopify as well as managing third-party partners via shipping, personalization, reviews, email, etc. to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Lead and implement a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, driving growth, optimizing paid and owned channels, and devising technologies for engagement, excitement, and conversion.
  • Implement database growth strategies across multiple channels.

    Create campaign messages consistent with the company’s brand.

  • Assist in planning, executing and managing product launch sessions and campaigns.
  • Manage social initiatives such as magazine publications, blogs and PR/influencer collaborations.

  • You are proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo, Facebook Business Manager, as well as Google Ads and Google Analytics.
