Hoboken’s ‘Cake Boss’ Bakery Wants Someone To Tackle Their TikTok

HOBOKEN, NJ – Some people just enjoy Carlo’s Bakery by watching the “Cake Boss” reality show located at Hoboken bakeshop and Jersey City warehouse. But one lucky person can promote the store on TikTok and Twitter as part of his full time job.

The bakery chain, which began growing after the reality show premiered on TLC in 2009, began advertising Thursday to hire a social media content creator.

According to the job posting, “The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a range of marketing positions, including content/social media creation, content calendar management, communications, digital marketing, and e-commerce.”

  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing
  • Experience in research using data analysis software
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
  • A passion tends to stay current on social media and new social networking opportunities.

Responsibilities include creating weekly content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Twitter. And the pay is $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
