Job title

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to take charge of a global digital marketing strategy via Verdigris Management’s roster.

By understanding each artist’s audience, you will develop digital campaigns tailored to enhance the impact of new releases, grow, retain, and engage with fan bases with a focus on creative ideas and solutions. You will research data to understand the effectiveness of different strategies and make recommendations for continuous improvement, providing actionable insights. As part of the role you will liaise and work alongside multiple stakeholders to make sure goals and objectives are met, including artists, directors, agencies, labels and label services to make sure deadlines and goals are met.

Websites and D2C

Ensure websites are up to date and all data is properly linked
Work on D2C strategy with partners
Provide ideas for a new product


Gain new audiences
Ensure that databases are up to date
Planning regular campaigns
Automation setup and workflow


Oversee global advertising budgets, broken down by region and platform
Campaign strategy planning and content brief
Managing agencies and liaising with naming services on strategies
Performance review and improvement

Social media

Ensuring an “always working” strategy
Turn data into insights to communicate results to our artists and teams
Supervising the interconnection of all platforms
Constant search for ways to improve results

touring + commodity

Work with booking agents to sell tours
Monitor artists’ merchandise and guarantee steady sales + new ideas.
Working on packages for album releases, etc.

Artist Connection

Keeping artists up to date with their digital metrics
Inform them about new innovations and the evolution of the platform
Discuss content ideas with them
Support them with all digital activities


Working with the director of each artist day in and day out
Work with the Head of Creative to create delicious content
Ensure that their projects run smoothly
Saving skills

You have

At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing at a strategic level
Master the CRM database and campaign management
Confidence in managing global digital media campaigns from start to finish
Powerful engagement experience for social media audience
Passion for website, D2C and improving the consumer journey
Ability to report and translate results in a comprehensive manner to various stakeholders
Passion for music
Great organizational skills to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects at the same time
Curiosity, innovation and always ready to learn more
Creative mindset, bring big ideas to our artists
Excellent attention to detail
Prepare to roll up your sleeves and get the job done; Independent, transparent and excellent communication
